A project by The Ambitious, Inc.

It all started when we decided to help others learn about MongoDB. We didn't want to educate with a rigid format. We wanted the experience to be more entertaining for both us and our readers.

We initially thought about using Amazon EC2 to drive our MongoDB cluster. Then we thought about using hardware we could see and touch. Virtualizing a laptop or desktop met the requirement, but stacks of Raspberry Pi's seemed like more fun.
